Shipping Policy

Once we receive your order, we will contact you with the necessary details to make the deposit or transfer.

To guarantee delivery within the next 24 hours, payment must be made before 1:00 PM on the same day.

If payment is made after 1:00 PM, your order will be delivered within 48 hours.

The delivery time to the specified address after dispatch from Quito depends on the external courier. Typically, it takes 24 hours in busy cities and up to 48 hours in less busy locations.
